We are still available to serve customers and clients albeit we humbly request you allow the home inspector carry out inspections alone. NO Clients, Realtors, tenants or third parties in the home during the inspection which typically takes 2-3 hours.
The inspection will be rescheduled if the inspector feels sick or exhibits any symptoms of the COVID-19
Sellers are expected to reschedule if any occupant feels unwell or is exhibiting signs of the COVID-19 or has been out of the province in the last 14 days.
Keeping all parties to our operations safe while we operate cautiously during this COVID-19 pandemic is of utmost importance to us.
The inspector will use PPE (personnel protective equipment) - gloves, boot covers and N-95 masks, wipe down surfaces before and after touch with alchohol based sanitizers and wash hands before, during and after the inspection.
You will be happy to find that our reports are detailed and will highlight all the findings, maintenance and/or repair tips that we would hitherto convey in person. We would also give you a phone call should you opt for the option of a telephony briefing.
As always, we strongly recommend reading the entire home inspection report. Our one page summary highlights most important issues, however we are not yet able to tell entire home inspection tales in one page.
Thank you for you for your co-operation as we contribute our little token to flattening the curve.
Stay safe and take precautions.
